The dredge was used in Florida on a peat bog for all 6,410 hours, so no major wear on the pump or cutter. This unit was repainted and refurbished at IMS’s factory for a total cost of $77,000. Some of the major components replaced included: Both Starwheel gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valve bank, duo cone for pump, hydraulic pumps, hoses, slurry pump hydraulic motor and tri-core hydraulic cooler.
