General Information

This ship is a multi-purpose deck transport ship, mainly carrying large machine parts and cargo, and can load coal mines, stones, large industrial/construction vehicles, etc., loaded with non-combustible engineering accessories, block stones and non-toxic block minerals and containers are auxiliary. The design load of the cargo deck is 16t/m2.

The ship is made of steel, continuous single deck, double bottom in cargo and engine rooms, bulbous bow, welded steel plate stern post with stern frame bottom frame, port and starboard sides The bilge part is provided with a bilge keel, which is transmitted by two marine diesel engines through a gear box to drive two fixed-pitch propellers propulsion double-engine, double-propeller, double Rudder-stern boat. General arrangement overview

There are 5 watertight transverse bulkheads in the whole ship, which are located in FR2, FR23, FR43, FR144 and FR156 respectively. Set the steering gear compartment, tail Ballast water tank, engine room, NO.4~NO.1 regulating water tank and bottom ballast water tank, emergency fire pump room and fresh water tank (left and right) and bow pressure water tank. There are three deck houses above the first floor, with enclosed main stairway between each deck, and an outdoor inclined ladder to access.

Aft cabin and engine room

Stern to FR2 are provided with steering gear compartment; FR3 to FR23 are to be provided with stern ballast tanks (left and right), of which FR2 to FR8 are empty spaces on the starboard and starboard sides; FR23 to FR43 is the engine room, and the bottom of the double deck is the empty space, the main engine oil circulation tank (left and right), the dirty oil tank and the residual oil tank.

Middle

On the inner bottom plate: Diesel tanks (left and right) are provided in the ballast tanks in the middle are NO.4〜NO.1 Adjust the water tank (left and right); the upper and middle of the inner bottom plate: FR46〜FR49 are equipped with toilets in the middle, and the middle area of the inner bottom plate is the ship. Life-saving equipment

The ship’s life-saving appliances are equipped in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 3, PART 4 of the Regulations for cargo ships in offshore areas.

(1) Life rafts, rescue boats – The ship has 2 fully enclosed lifeboats for 12 people (one is also a rescue boat) on the starboard and starboard sides of the bow deck. There are 2 self-supporting formal inflatable life rafts for 12 people and 2 rope ladders for boarding; there are 6 people throwing inflatable life rafts on the starboard side of the upper deck at the stern (6 person) 1, and take 1 rope ladder.

(2) Life jackets, immersion suits and life buoys

The whole ship is equipped with 21 life jackets, and each life jacket is equipped with 1 life jacket light. 1 fitted thermal immersion suit per person for a total of 14 pieces. The whole ship is equipped with 10 lifebuoys, including 3 with self-igniting light, 2 with buoyant lifeline, 2 with light and smoke signal

(3) Rope throwing equipment

The whole ship is equipped with 4 portable rope throwers.

(4) Pyrotechnic signal equipment

The whole ship is equipped with 12 approved rocket parachute flame signals.

(5) 3 two-way VHF radiotelephones for liferafts.

Fire fighting equipment

Fire-fighting equipment shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for offshore cargo ships in Chapter 2-2, Part 4 of the Regulations. The whole ship is equipped with water fire extinguishing system and carbon dioxide 1 set of fire extinguishing system.

(1) Fire hydrant, hose box, hose and water gun

There are 19 fire hydrants and 19 hose boxes throughout the ship.

(2) Fire extinguisher

The whole ship is equipped with 10 9L portable foam fire extinguishers, 10 spares, 11 5kg portable dry powder fire extinguishers, and 11 spares. The cabin is equipped with a portable foam gun device or a related spare container, and a 45L cart-type foam fire extinguisher.

(3) 1 set of carbon dioxide cylinders.

(4) Firefighter equipment

The ship is equipped with 2 sets of firefighters’ equipment, complete with the corresponding configuration required by the rules.

(5) The whole ship is equipped with 7 sets of emergency escape breathing devices (EEBD).
