The boat was built under ABS certification. During all its maintenance under the U.S. military ABS certificates have been maintained. At the time of sale, for reasons of confidentiality, ABS withdrew its certificate. The studies need to be redone, but given the condition of the ship, this can easily be done at the drydock. ABS, RINA and IBS have shown their interest in this.
